With the goal and objectives in mind, we envision a multi-purpose park and pavilion on the shore of Commencement Bay. We see a center where people of different cultures can express their arts and folklore. We see a safe haven where children come together, explore and celebrate their diverse backgrounds and common humanity. We see people gathering on the shore of Puget Sound at this Tacoma landmark feeling welcome and proud of being part of a united community.
